A study conducted by US Military Academy, West Point Professor William Skimmyhorm has shown a financial course developed and implemented by San Diego City College (SDCC) through a contract with Army Emergency Relief increased retirement savings while decreasing the debt of participants. SDCC is proud of the part it has played in improving the financial health and quality of life for our nation’s soldiers.
